What the free plan allows

The Starter plan costs nothing and includes 20 minutes a month on the NEO engine and half a minute on NEO2, with 15 custom avatars, 3 voices, 10 interactive videos and 15 auto-translations a month, one editor, no SCORM export and a 40-scene limit. The page also mentions a 14-day trial with no card.

It is enough to judge avatar quality and the editor. It is not a free production tool.

Professional and the add-on costs

Professional is $59 a month on annual billing (the monthly price is not shown). It gives 30 NEO minutes and 10 NEO2 minutes a month, 5 voices, 20 auto-translations, 15 interactive videos, 5 SCORM exports a month, up to 3 editors and watermark removal.

Costs grow past the headline: extra editors are $30 a month each, studio custom avatars are $1,000 a year, and a 600-minute NEO2 pack is $1,500 a year on Professional yearly. Unused minutes do not roll over, and unused annual months are not refunded. Accounts can pause free for up to two months.

Who should skip it

Skip it if you need more than 30 minutes of top-quality video a month without paying for packs. Pick it if you build compliance or onboarding courses and need SCORM and translations.

Decision rule: prove one real course on the free plan, then move to Professional annually only if you need SCORM or watermark-free output.
